Bienvenidos to the Baja Beach Oasis , a Mexican beach themed 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms condo right on the Costa Azul beach the views are Sea of Cortez to Palmilla point where surfers enjoy the best surf break around .
Bienvenidos to the Baja Beach Oasis , a Mexican beach themed 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms condo right on the Costa Azul beach the views are Sea of Cortez to Palmilla point where surfers enjoy the best surf break around .
Master bedroom features a new king size bed , smart tv 45” , linens and full bathroom.
Second bedroom has 2 full beds , a smart 45” tv and full bathroom.
The condo has all new appliances in the kitchen and is fully equipped and ready for a wonderful vacation !
The decorations are influenced by Mexico and the Sea of Cortez where you can enjoy the living area with a 60” smart tv , incredible views , a nice dining area to share with your family and friends and balcony for some fresh margaritas or a coffee in the mornings!
La Jolla HOA has a 24 hrs security and it`s very safe for all the family .
The complex had 2 pools to enjoy and lounge areas around them , just few steps from the beach where you can use the sun beds or bring the chairs that we have available at the condo , also we provide beach towels and a cooler .

Just a quick note: our condo is adjacent to the Krystal Hotel Beach Club and features breathtaking sea views. It`s an ideal location for guests to enjoy the beach and ocean views.
No smoking inside the condo. A $250 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.
No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It is well equipped and furnished with newly renovated decor. The furnishings are very comfortable. It has a large outdoor deck with a spectacular view of the beach, Sea of Cortez, and the pool of the neighbouring all inclusive resort Krystal, which is quite a low key and relatively quiet resort in our experience. It is a very short walk down one flight of stairs to the heated pool. The entire complex is stunningly scenic. In our stay we observed whales, turtle nests hatching and Mobula Rays jumping amid beautiful sunrises and walks on the beach. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance, the main grocery shopping is a 20 minute walk down the beach or a very short car ride, the main village where the Art Walk takes place on Thursdays is but a 10 minute drive, and Cabo San Lucas is approximately a 30 minute drive. The only reason I give this unit a 9.8 out of 10 is that it does not have a BBQ. Many of the other units in the complex have one and it would have been nice for making simple meals outside while having a cerveza looking at the view. We very much enjoyed our stay in this unit.
