You'll love this sun filled home that is 2 blocks away from Muskegon Lake & only a 5-minute WALK from Pere Marquette Park (Lake Michigan Sandy Beach). The home is a short drive to a lot of great restaurants/shops and only 25 minutes to Grand Haven if you want to take a day trip there.

We have traveled all over and know the struggles of navigating a new place for the first time and trying to find a VRBO late at night after a long day of travel - that is why we provide a very easy self-check-in that includes pictures and videos so you won't feel like are in the middle of a scavenger hunt....we also have pictures of how everything works in the home so you'll never wonder "how does this thing turn on".

There are 2 living rooms - one is downstairs with a large Smart TV, Foosball, 2 Arcade Games, and a huge couch that turns into a queen-sized bed. The upstairs living room has a Smart TV, 2 couches that fold down to beds, and a large play area for the kiddos!
★KITCHEN★
You will have everything you need to make meals for a large group!
This remodeled modern kitchen has a full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker, and all of the pots/pans, spices, and cooking oil you'll need!
★BATHROOMS★
2 Full bathrooms means you and your friends will never need to wait on each other. One bathroom is upstairs and the other one is in the basement making it perfect for spraying off at a day at the beach!
★DINING AREA★
We have a large table for 8 near the kitchen for big meals + additional areas to eat at the couch or in the sun room.
★RESTAURANTS★
There are a lot of restaurants within a 10-minute drive including several on the water - we will provide recommendations for our favorite places to eat/drink/explore in the area!
★LAKE★
You will be able to walk to Muskegon Lake in 3 minutes and to Pere Marquette (Lake Michigan Beach) in just 5 minutes! We will provide our recommendations for SUP, kayak rentals, and our favorite spots for watching a beautiful sunset!
In an effort to be good neighbors, please keep the outdoor volume reasonable after 10pm or move the fun indoors.
This is an older home so you may notice some creaky floors, doors that stick, etc. - none of this will impact your stay but we wanted to let you know about it.

You will have full access to the home, parking for 4 vehicles, fast wifi, and much more!

In an effort to be good neighbors, please keep the outdoor volume reasonable after 10pm or move the fun indoors.
We have security cameras and noise monitors but we don't monitor them unless there is an issue - your privacy is important to us. We just have them to ensure our guests are good neighbors!
We are surrounded by a ton of greenery so unfortunately that means no matter how much we spray the home, a bug might sneak in to the home at some point.....if this is a deal breaker, it might be best to book somewhere else. Thanks for understanding.
We also aren't allowed by the city to have motorhomes or camper vans at our home so please find other accommodations if you are bringing a camper van etc.

There was plenty of all of the necessities. Everything was as pictured and communication was great. We had 7 teenagers and 5 adults in our group. There was plenty of space for everyone.

Great house with everything you need. Plenty of space and beds and areas to hang out. Lots of dishes and a dishwasher so do you don't have to be constantly washing dishes to keep from running out. A short walk to Lake Michigan and The Deck restaurant! Neighborhood is comfortable and quiet. Great communication if anything comes up . . . we had a WIFI connectivity issue that they were able to quickly resolve remotely. Make sure to visit the LST 393 WWII Veteran's Museum!! Thank you!

The home was conveniently stationed in close proximity to beach access. It was clean and the process was seamless. Our infant kids enjoyed the kid-friendly nature. It made for a great family trip.
