3½-room apartment on the ground floor, entrance hall with wardrobe, living room with TV and exit to the terrace with view towards the Julier Pass. Semi-open kitchen with refrigerator, oven, cooker and dishwasher. One double room and one room with bunk bed and one single bed. Bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One parking space in the underground garage. Shared washing room. Pets are not allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Val Verda is located at the upper end of the village of Surlej, very close to the Corvatsch cable car. In winter, the ski-run passes directly by the house. Numerous cross-country ski trails and varied hiking paths are in the immediate vicinity.
The Corvatsch cable car can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The Corvatsch is a popular destination in winter thanks to its beautiful ski slopes. In summer, it is the starting point for many hikes. The sports bus leaves every half hour in all directions in winter. The bus stop is near the house (about 150 metres away). There is a bakery in Surlej, other shopping facilities are in Silvaplana, about 1 km away.

Forse qualche descrizione in più all'inizio poteva essere utile (dove buttare spazzatura, dove lasciare sci, etc.) ma abbiamo avuto sempre risposta immediata a tutte le nostre esigenze. Molto positivo come siete stati pronti a intervenire quando è mancata la luce nella cucinab
