Brand new house built in 2022 nestled beside a peaceful creek! Take in gorgeous mtn views while hanging around our fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub! Whether you are coming to hike and explore, visit the cozy town of Black Mountain, or see all Asheville has to offer, we hope you feel at home with us!

The space
ENTRY
When you pull up to our home, there is a driveway with parking for 2 cars. You are also welcome to park on the street if needed. Enter the house through the beautiful front porch with an access code provided upon booking.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
When entering our home, you will walk into the cozy living room with a picture window facing the mountains. The living room leads into the eat-in kitchen. We have a portable high chair for your little ones if needed. The kitchen is equipped with ample pots, pans, and utensils for those who love to cook. We also have a coffee maker and toaster.

UPSTAIRS PORCH
Right off the kitchen is a back porch with rocking chairs. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee overlooking the babbling brook in the backyard. The back porch also has a gas grill.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Exiting the kitchen area, you'll find the primary bedroom featuring a King-sized bed. This room has nightstands with USB lamps, a full-length mirror, and blackout curtains. We have a pack 'n play provided in the closet if needed. A full bathroom is across from the primary bedroom with a tub and a shower.

DOWNSTAIRS LIVING
When you walk downstairs, you'll find 2 more bedrooms and a downstairs living area. The living area has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV, a Pac-man arcade, and board games. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and 2 bunk beds. The third bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with nightstands and USB lamps. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.

There is a full bathroom downstairs with a tub and shower. The washer and dryer are included in the bathroom.

DOWNSTAIRS PORCH AND BACKYARD
Lastly, there is a side porch off the downstairs living area which leads to the outdoor fire pit and hot tub. Feel free to enjoy the hot tub with any bath towels provided. Please make sure to put cover back on after use. We hope you enjoy time around the fire with friends and family while gazing at the stars under the twinkling market lights!
