• No shoes indoors, please — help keep our white carpets pristine
• No parties, loud gatherings, or unregistered guests
• Quiet hours after 10PM – this is a calm, respectful community
• Live plants require minimal care — we kindly ask guests to water them during their stay
• Elevator access directly from garage to unit – super convenient
• Corner-unit = more sunlight, more privacy, more views
