Inside, there is a spacious living room, TV room, dining room, and a full kitchen.

Small events, corporate meetings, photo productions and recordings - from R$ 12.500,00 per day.

IMPORTANT NOTES:.
The property is rented with employees, R$ 200.00 each, not included in the value of the reservation.
Will be charged the consumption of electricity and water in season rentals.
A security deposit is charged (deposit), and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in Hours: 2 pm to 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out Time: 8am to 12pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the customer at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8:00 am a convenience fee must be paid and after 6:00 pm an additional daily fee and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the tenant, with a minimum of 35 days prior to the check-in date.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO pets on the property, NO sitting on the infinity edge of the pool and NO internal access to the wet house.
You MUST be informed when booking the party/event/confraternization if the pool will be used, and it is mandatory to hire a house employee to guard the pool area, in order to limit the number of people to 10 (ten) concurrently inside the pool, and must request that a person leave when this number is exceeded. ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM by UBER, taxi or similar services only.
If there is a need to use a generator, only with the express authorization and consent of the LESSOR, and it must be located inside the property's garage.
The property is limited to 12 (twelve) people, including children.
