About this apartment rental

Welcome to our historic building that just completed a total remodel from the ground up, at The Colonial. We are pleased to offer this studio unit on the second floor (we do not have an elevator). The Colonial is centrally located in uptown Butte, across the street from the Headframe Distillery, Slainte and the Irish pub. It’s also close to bookstores, coffee shops and restaurants.
