Location.
The beds, were not very comfy or appealing, for the price, the linen could be included.

We primarily selected this place for its location. When we were there, we spent most of our time on the back deck, a beautiful place to relax and soak up the sun; at night, the stars were beautiful.
We took our own linen, but the mattress protector, pillows, and blanket had hair and stains all over them. We also had to reclean the kitchen utensils and air fryer.

SPACIOUS CLEAN ROOMS ,KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED.BIG YARD.
The front gate needs a little TLC As it was scraping the ground.
We're bitten by some bug ....
