We chose this location because of the amazing reviews and we can 100% add to this. As 2 adults and one 7 year old, we had not been to Malta before and decided to split our time between Gozo and then closer to Valleta. After being in Gozo and this Penthouse for 4 nights, we wished we would have stayed here and in Gozo the whole time. Host is kind and helpful, the apartment is very clean, peaceful location, perfect kitchen, comfortable beds, gorgeous rooftop, and better balcony views than what is captured in the photos. I would highly recommend this Penthouse.

We traveled around Easter. Likely depending on the year the weather will be warmer or colder. We were a bit cold inside the apartment and had wished we had packed a bit more layers for evenings.

This is the easiest review I have ever done on any site for any accommodation. This was simply THE BEST place we have ever rented in our travels. Frank, the owner and host was up on the roof of his place, waiting for us. His communication was first rate for directions, answers to questions, recommendations and letting us stay longer at checkout. The building and apartment are all top notch, modern, clean, and well laid out. This place is a joy to return to and reside in. The walk to the main square is about a Km which, for us, is perfect, a nice little walk after dinner, the closest grocery store is half way to the square. A bus to the ferries in Mgarr goes right in front of the apartment. The price, the place and and Frank all add up to a first class accommodation.

Spacious penthouse ‘ikea’ apartment with amazing views over Ramla beach area. 10 minute walk into xaghra square to restaurants /shops /cafes . So many quality places to eat - Al Sale , Il Logga. Easy parking on street but car really not needed just use bolt or uber . Frank helpful and responsive host, also booked car for us with Rita a local agent. The property has 3 outdoor areas always sun, shade , shelter or nice breeze somewhere to be found . Roof top pool area was great for relaxing , taking in the sunset and often breezy so great in heat. Great laundry room and drying lines out back which was useful especially as no change of bedding / towels during 11 night stay . Kitchen functional. Air con each room all very efficient .Nice large American fridge freezer . Beds comfy , one proper shower in en-suite room , other is hand held over bath . Lift up to 4th floor . Make sure Frank leaves spare set keys in lock box it’s so easy to lock self out or lose the keys as we did on first night with late night trip to Frank to get spare set of keys.

Apartment pristine on taking it over but no cleaning service included and no cleaning products provided for floors / bathrooms etc. No tea towels . Be good to attach shower head in main bathroom to wall . When hot water runs out in en-suite there is always more in main bathroom .
