Fab LA apartment

Amazing luxury apartment very clean, modern and with everything you need plus more. Good location area to stay has free parking. The beds were huge and the bedding excellent quality. The owners were also great with communication. Really good value for money.

Great hosts and fantastic facilities. Everything we required was provided plus multiple parking options. The hosts were extremely welcoming. Would highly recommend and would definitely rebook if I am in the area again. Neighbourhood felt safe and it was just a short walk down the hill into Echo Park.

Being able to come home to this comfortable unit made visiting LA pleasant and relaxing.

Kitchen was well-equipped. Coffee! Bathroom was very nice, including shower. Didn't use back yard, or hot tub, but it was nice to have access.

Parking info was a little unclear, but ultimately not a problem. Emails should be clearer about how to reply. More info about how to use tech (TV, dishwasher) would have been welcome.

Made our stay more comfortable and spacial!!!

We stayed in LA to watch three Dodgers games and see Ohtani, and this place was absolutely perfect for our trip. The owner, Aaron, was incredibly friendly, warm, thoughtful, and kind. He provided us with detailed information before our arrival and regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable, which made it easy to reach out with any questions. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-prepared for our stay. We love shopping at local grocery stores and cooking, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt very safe—even for me, visiting from Japan—and we loved the atmosphere. We were able to walk to and from the stadium every time, even at night after the games. We also enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood and to Echo Park, where there are plenty of cozy shops and cafes. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Very clean, cozy, comfortable and quiet, with easy access to the lovely Echo Park neighborhood. It was easy to get anywhere in the LA area from here, though at the property, you aren’t aware that you are in a large city.

Home away from home

I recently stayed at Echo Park Hills, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The charming, cozy rooms were clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with all the comforts you’d expect, a snug sitting area and a kitchen with everything needed. The back garden was a total highlight—peaceful, spacious, and perfect for relaxing before and after a day out. The location couldn’t be better—nice and quiet, just outside the hustle of downtown, but still close to everything. (we had a rental car). Every detail, from the personal touches to the peaceful ambiance, made this B&B a gem. What really stood out was the vibe—so warm and welcoming. You don’t often find a place that feels this comfortable and inviting. The host were nice and very helpful, easy to get in touch when needed and very responsive. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend Echo Park Hills for anyone seeking a chill, memorable stay.

Lovely stay!

We stayed in Echo Park in Aaron and Luciana's lovely apartment for an unexpected reason but ended up loving the flat and our stay. The apartment is cozy and comfortable, we felt really safe for the whole duration of our stay. We mostly spent our time working from home, and the apartment had not only work stations in each room, but also a lovely table outside in the front yard, as well as backyard if we wanted to stay out and enjoy the sun. The place, although not the newest, is clean and has a tasteful homey look, which is not easy to find in rentals. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is true that the place is uphill, but there's plenty of parking just around the corner where the land is flat so it's easy to park the car. Lastly, Aaron and Luciana were always quick and helpful, even with our never ending questions and requests, so thank you so much!

Not a complaint because it didn't bother us at all, but the plumbing is a bit old so it takes a little to understand how to work the shower. Hot water is missing in the sink of the smaller bathroom, but perfectly functioning in the bigger one with the easier access.

We had the most wonderful stay at Echo Park Hills; an excellent location from which to explore. Our hosts were most welcoming and the property very charming and comfortable N.b - as with much of LA, you want a car to get around, particularly staying this side of town

Location! On a quiet hill right abutt to Downtown LA, right next to Elysian park and walkable to Echo Park. Easy access to the LA's activities without the noise!

We thought we booked an 1-bedroom but turned out it's just a studio with the bed wedged in between a window and an open wall — working out just fine, just a bit hard to get in and out for us seniors.

Excellent studio apartment with everything u need!

This was such a great studio apartment. it was really big & had literally everything u needed - towels, soap, spices, every cutlery & kitchen appliance, a huge tv. it felt like a proper home and didn’t feel sterile or empty. there’s a nice outdoor patio where I’d have breakfast in the morning. it was really comfortable and I felt so safe there. the neighbourhood is cute too. I walked to the park and the shops down the street are nice (if a little boujey) and echo park isn’t far. I also locked myself out on the last night but Aaron helped me out very quickly and without a fuss even tho it was late! The hosts were really lovely people.

I couldn’t make the laundry machine work, but I left it until the last day and didn’t get around to asking for help.
