リーズナブルな料金、宿泊客やスタッフとの交流、ちょっと不便だけどそれらを工夫して解決する楽しさ（湯船につかりたければ日帰り温泉を利用する、朝食が物足りなければ近くの道の駅で牛乳や野菜を買っておくとか…）等ゲストハウスに良さを感じている人には期待通りの施設だと思います。
良くなかった、という程の問題点ではありませんが、2階に設置してある宿泊客共有で使える電子レンジと冷蔵庫は1階にあった方が同線的に楽だなとは感じました。（宿泊ルームは飲食禁止なので・・・）

リノベーションして頑張っているのが伝わってきましたし、古い施設を頑張って利用しているので
現代の快適さと比べて評価は出来ないので、ここはここの良さがあり、温かさを感じられました。
おばあちゃんの田舎のお家に泊まっているようで懐かしい宿でした。
2泊して、掃除が行き届いていない点が多くあり、特に洗面、お風呂、トイレはやはり毎日清潔にしてほしいです。
