Apartment mit Ausblick im Dresdner Südwesten

Christophe left clear instructions where to find the key and it was easy to park on the road, most days we could get a space right outside the house. As we got into the loft flat we were met with the most fabulous views over Dresden in the distance - it was also a great sight in the evenings, seeing the glow of the city. The flat is immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed having the TV to watch after a busy day of sightseeing, and being able to stretch out on the sofa. The bed was really comfortable and it has blackout blinds which we thought were great and contributed to the great nights sleep we had there. The house is set in a lovely suburb, which made it really quiet in the evenings which we liked too. There is a bus stop just around the corner where you can get the number 62 bus directly into the city - it takes about 20 minutes. Dresden is an amazing city and this is the perfect place to add to it.

The kitchen has a sloping roof, so it takes a bit of time to get used to that. Also you have to sit in the bath to take a shower due to the sloping roof, and it can be a bit tricky to get out. However this should not put anyone off booking this apartment. They are minor details, and it certainly would not stop us returning,

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. ÖPNV ist für unsere Verhältnisse (wir kommen vom Dorf) sehr gut - also Bushaltestelle ca. 2 Minuten um die Ecke und tagsüber im 20min-Takt in die Innenstadt.

Etwas mehr Kopffreiheit in der Küche wäre schön. Aber natürlich geht das durch die Dachschräge nicht. Auch ein Backofen wäre praktisch und auch eine Dusche. Durch die Dachschräge ist die Dusche aber vermutlich ebenfalls kaum umsetzbar.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen ,sie war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht . Sie liegt so ruhig man kann gut schlafen und Abschalten . Auch wenn der Vermieter nicht vor Ort war ,hat Allesallesder Schlüselübergabe geklappt. Ein Auto braucht man nicht ,die Anbindung zum Öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist prima.

Wir denken im Hochsommer ist die Wohnung sehr warm , da werden die Ventilatoren nicht ausreichen . Die Bausubstanz gibt es nicht her ....aber die Dusche ist nichts für jeden . Jeder kann dort nicht duschen ,bei uns ging es noch .
