Coral Retreat

Lovely clean apartment in a great location .

Nothing it was great .

The apartment was beautiful, clean & quite spacious

Bathroom had a musty smell due to moisture and not enough air flow

very clean and space

For a start we was relocated by management for some reason from Coral Retreat Resort to a Mango Lagoon Resort. Location very good but many other problems appear straight away from the day we moved in to the resort . Far a start Internet practically no work at all , I second day after we complain some one came in to our room 27 and connect some amplifier that internet system which was working for couple days and practically stopped every couple minutes . We was promised when we booking that Resort that internet will be free and perfect , that was very wrong information . For a second . Bedding facility terrible bad - mattress old and very uncomfortable . Ours room number 27 was situated on the first floor on the and of building very close to aero conditioning room for cooling all rooms in that building , very noisy at night , hard to sleep . For all above problems with we experienced we will be stay away from that Resort . That supposed to be our very happy 25 year marriage- second honeymoon trip , first after Covid restrictions , finally we a very unsatisfied and Booking.com will be the last provider for our next booking .
