Imóvel charmoso e bem localizado (entre a Padoca e o Boteco do Pará), quarto com mesanino e cama para 5 pessoas, totalmente mobiliado com todos os eletrodomesticos necessários, cafeteira nespresso e boa internet.
Únicos pontos negativos são que o chuveiro sai pouca agua e o ar-condicionado só gela a parte de cima do mesanino. Mas a parte de baixo tem ventilador e resolveu.
