The chrck-in person was very pleasant and helpfull, despite some difficulty speaking English! The person informing us of the route from the airport and coordinating with the check-in person was also very helpful. Faleminderit!

Creo que sería agradable una cortina de ducha y una escoba para barrer. El WiFi tenía una señal débil si no estás en la habitación.

Location: The building shown in photos is not the actual apartment but the actual apartment was 50m away from there. The location is very peaceful and away from traffic and buzz. The privacy is very good. However it felt bit far from the main Tirana which in a way is good but also not good if you don't have a vehicle of yours. . Safety wise the apartment is 100% safe and private. The apartment is in 1st-2nd floor and there's no lift. Do not rely on Google maps in this area as it will make you go in dead-end roads and one ways. There are shops available nearby to buy veggies and fruits but no supermarket. You can order food via a nearby Pizza place which the host will suggest. It's decent. Price/Value for Money: Very Good. I'm afraid the price was really good for the location, facilities and amenities. Wifi: Wifi was good, decent enough to spend a day or two. Hygiene: The house was cleaned thoroughly and the furniture, rooms were tidy. Facilities: All the kitchen facilities, bedroom facilities were good and justifiable. The AC, refrigerator WiFi, fan and tissues , handwash, Blankets, bathroom slippers, were available and well. There was no toiletries or detergent available for washing machine. The AC is only in the living room and not in bedroom. There are good sofas, small smart TV and a dining table with chairs. There is a cloth drying rack as well. There was even a wardrobe Available. Kitchen utensils were limited but available. we did use the stove to heat the food. Host: Host was kind and did a good job during check-in. They're available on WhatsApp though. They took payment in Euro at 110LEK standard exchange rate not according to that day's rate. They don't know English very well but manageable with Google translate. Parking: There is a dedicated private parking in the building with a gate. So it is safe and doable. No problems here. The road might be narrow but it was not a huge deal.

1. The bathroom was the main CON. The sinks were clean but gosh, the sink hole was THE worst. It was smelling and you possibly cannot wash your face, brush teeth etc. by seeing that. The owners should definitely replace the sink due to this. Same was the case with Bidet sink. 2.There is a dog next to the property which just keeps barking and also looks at you with grudge lol. 3. One Huge CON was, in the living room the curtain was not closable completely so in the night a part of it will be exposed to outside and this was bad. 4. When we mentioned the concerns, host didn't fix anything and just gave excuses.
