Апартаменты очень удобные, чистые, семье из 4 человек было комфортно. Бассейн и море рядом. Никто из соседей не шумит и не ведет себя неподобающим образом. Каждый отдыхает в своем ритме, как в раю.
Хозяева квартиры очень добропорядочные, идут на встречу в пожеланиях.
На пляже много ресторанов и кафе, неподалеку Turtle village и Plaza. Желательно арендовать машину для удобства, так как детям в любом случае необходимо дополнительно готовить еду. Плита индукционная, микроволновка и все необходимое есть.

The unit was comfortable and for the most part clean. I liked the location on Mai Khao Beach.
We did not have hot water for 3 days in one of the bathrooms and the kitchen sink. The unit smelled of cigarette smoke. The stove did not work it would not even turn on and I let the owner know and nothing was done to fix it. They were extremely stingy with toilet paper and we kept running out. The unit was very musty smelling at first but with the air con on it improved. All of the drawers and kitchen cupboards when you opened them reeked of must. Chair was very stained and smelled of cigarette smoke when you sat in it. The upstairs TV was not working. All of the remotes for Air Con, TV's etc had dead batteries. We carry batteries with us thank goodness. The door handle was broken on the patio so we locked ourselves out quite a few times, you could not get back in from outside. The owner kept telling us that the maid would fix it and the maid did eventually fix the hot water situation but the stove and door handle were never fixed.
