    Bathroom is about to ruin Hot shower is getting warm and cold all of a sudden and one door of bathroom is missing and water spills out and they don’t care Other due to bankruptcy or about to sell the hotel 🙃

    The safe box is locked and the water gets hot and cold while taking a shower and they are not going to fix anything and it’s a three star hotel only

    The hotel refused to provide breakfast to my wife and me! When we booked online, it stated that breakfast was $0 (I took a photo; see attached). It was also stated that if breakfast wasn't included in the price, it would cost 5 Turkish lira (see attached photo). The receptionist said the hotel wasn't responsible for this information and wasn't a partner of Agoda (the service we used to book the hotel). The hotel manager charged us 15 euros per day for breakfast for two (instead of 5 Turkish lira). We were disappointed.
