Completely private , well kept house with large yard, fire pit and beautiful Mountain View! Must be 25+to reserve, & no pets allowed.
This 1,100 square ft , 3 bedroom , 1 bathroom home is 20 miles from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

1 double vanity bathroom.
Fully stocked kitchen , living room .Large private yard with fire pit .

Full house minus a small storage closet in the bathroom .
Grocery store is approximately 30 mins away in Newport or Sevierville.
Will need 4 wheel drive in winter as driveway is steep.
No garbage pick up in this area so all garbage must be brought out .
4095 Jones Cove Road (2miles away).
*Must be 25 yrs or older to rent . No pets allowed .

This place was perfect for us! We enjoy nature over city activities. This place was clean and out of the way from all the chaos. We enjoyed spending time hiking smoky mountain trails, foxfire mountain, and hanging out by the fire pit eating smores. The kids had so much fun rolling up and down the hill. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, the washer and dryer was a plus! Definitely recommend

Melissa was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and relaxing. We will 100% be making our next stay here again. Everything about our stay was perfect!

Our host Melissa is always so nice and kind she makes sure everything is perfect for us when we arrive to her home. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing, we always have a good time.
