Newly constructed, this sparkling ground-level haven offers en-suite bathrooms and TVs in each bedroom, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous marble countertops. The eight-unit complex includes a waterfront year-round pool and a private pier. This getaway is located just minutes from Rockport Beach, shops, and eateries.
The living room is furnished with two twin-size sleeper loveseats and two recliners. Watch movies on the 55-inch cable TV. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances shine in the well-equipped kitchen. Serve delicious meals at the four-person dining table or perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three.
This single-story condo, sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and two twin-size sleeper sofas in the living area.
The comfortable primary bedroom has a king-size bed, 50-inch smart TV, and direct access to the backyard. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower that has a rain showerhead. Every thing was good. I only didn’t like submitting a photo along with a photo identification. We would be happy to stay there again. We also would tell others about your property.

Everything was as described in ad. Beautiful view. Nice and quiet area. Well stocked, very clean. Only two problems the master bed was terrible, not comfortable at all. In the master restroom there was a huge roach in the drawer where I had my toothbrush, so had to throw that away!

Beautiful condo inside and out, clean, air conditioner was nice and cold, very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds and gorgeous view right out the back porch. We had a dolphin that would come up to the property just before sunset every day. Wonderful! Did take a bit to figure out the ice maker. My only real complaint is the noise from the upstairs neighbors. It sounded like they were dragging furniture around in the middle of the night! So odd. It was tolerable and didn't ruin the stay, just annoying. Overall a pleasant stay and we will be back.

The house was very clean and we appreciate that. We had two big issues though: as soon as we walked in, there were a ton of flies! We killed more than 10! And we kept killing flies the rest of the stay. I asked to management for an insect killer but I never got a response to my text. Second problem, the house did not have ONE SINGLE kitchen towel, NOT ONE! Neither the minimum basics like sugar, or laundry detergent (the house next door always provides 2-3 pods) I had to go to the store and buy everything that is normally included with the rental. We only had two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash rug. The house was comfortable and super clean but it was very short on supplies that other rentals provides, and we've been renting for fishing weekends for a very long time, so we know the standards.
