The house and grounds were beautiful. The kitchen had huge windows for a great view of the backyard and skyline. We could see some of the fireworks from the upstairs sitting room. Our family lives in town so it was big enough for us to have a 4th of July BBQ. The pool was wonderful and the kids even went in when the adults thought it was cold.
They need to ascertain who is their Guest Contact. We needed to adjust the air conditioning system and had issues figuring out who was the contact. I received several phone calls/text messages from different folks and wasn't sure who was their representative.
Suggestion: A regular coffee pot (there is an espresso machine).

The house was beautiful as expected from the listing. No issues inside the home during our stay only wish that the weather had been what we expected so we could truly enjoy the outdoor space. Definitely would recommend in warmer temperatures and if you are looking for a place with a pool. Overall a great space for our 3 couples.
