This oceanfront duplex boasts five beautifully appointed bedrooms, two levels of deck space, and an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach day activities. This property also includes a seasonal community pool available to guests.
After a long day of beach, sight-seeing or golf, you can rock the night away in one of the rocking chairs overlooking the ocean, the pool, and the Surf City Pier.
The first level is home to three of the bedrooms, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a deck with ocean views.
The second level is home to the living and dining areas, the kitchen, and a bedroom. The spectacular kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, a four-burner range, and oven. It has everything you may need from coffee maker and a toaster to plates, glasses and utensils. The cabinets are a beautiful wood and the countertops are pristine granite. The large square table offers formal seating in additional seating at the bar. The living area provides a tasteful and relaxing space to unwind after a day of sun and surf, golf, or sight-seeing. This room opens onto a deck with endless views of the ocean. It's a perfect place to end the day.

The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We love the fact the house is ocean. View walking distance from the pier. Very relaxing atmosphere, large and spacious. My family and I will stay there again.

I stayed here three years ago, was disappointed there had not been any updates since my last visit. First the pros…. Location is perfect… near Daily Grind where we ate everyday, Daddy Mac’s and Shaka Taco, etc….super convenient. Elevator also makes moving in and out so much easier. Beds are really comfortable- my back usually hurts after 3 nights in a bed other than my own, and that did not happen. Open concept in living room makes it easy to gather…and the view is spectacular!!!! I had a great time! Cons: needs a deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. Living room furniture and rugs are soiled and need updating- I brought blankets to keep them covered. I hate palmettos… really wish there weren’t any in the main living area. Will definitely rent again if upgrades are made because I love the location so much and have made great vacation memories here.

Nice house but could use some TLC in the main living area. Blinds broken, mold in ice and water despenser. Wifi very spotty. Pool and elevater was great. Perfect location.
