Super well stocked, with all the kitchen and bathroom accesories, medicines, salt ketchup, kitchen utensiles. Best stock Ive ever seen. gentle walk down to the dock. we had a boat rented from harbour lights marina over nite. Easy boat and car ride to the marina.

This property has a great setup and is well-stocked. We loved having a per-friendly spot on the lake for our little thanksgiving getaway. The heat/hvac worked great, satellite tv and the WiFi also worked perfectly. Plenty of hot water for showers and there’s a washer dryer available too. The area is very nice and I highly recommend Tugaloo State park just a few miles away- they have a beautiful 4 mile loop hiking trail! We also walked the Hartwell dam (very nice paved walk about 2.5 miles out and back) and we also drove a few more miles to South Carolina’s Hartwell Park, but after visiting the Tugaloo park, the one in SC was a bit disappointing by comparison. My only complaint for the property itself was that it wasn’t well vacuumed when we arrived, although there were a couple of vacuums in a closet which I used. Everything else was good and we enjoyed escaping the heat in Fl without having to drive to NC mountains.

A very nice house with a great floor plan. Supplies were well stocked. Neighborhood was great. Need to work on getting entry info out sooner. Over all it was really nice.

We enjoyed our time at the lakefront property, it had just the right amount of space for my husband, myself, and our 2 kids. It was a quiet, clean place. I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because it could use some updated and additional linens (some of the pillows were flat and misshapen and without inside covers) and the kitchen while maybe too well stocked, was difficult to find anything in and a couple pans were rusted. Homey and comfortable, we slept great. Also maybe take the swords off display for guests? They were super tempting for my boys :D The TV was great and the furniture was all in great condition. Thanks for the dehumidifier, it was helpful. Also the water heater kept up even with 2 baths and 2 showers the same night post-lake play! We were impressed!
