Our stay was good. The house was clean and spacious- very much accurate to the photos. There rooms downstairs are next to the game room, so that’s worth noting. The house is located deep in a housing complex, so just getting out of that is a 5 min drive, but the location is convenient to a lot of things- Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, Disney. Also to note, the house comes with NO extras. No salt and pepper, no oil, no “extras” left by previous guests. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There was also only 1 hand towel in each bathroom (washcloths and additional hand towels were dropped off after requested). There was even no hangers- also dropped off after requested. The biggest struggle was communication with the host. Initially it was fine, not great, and items were dropped off, but then when we had issues and questions on the pool heat (would not recommend) we got no response for days. All in a decent house with lots of space, but nothing spectacular and definitely not luxury accommodations

Perfect for our family of 21 including 12 grandchildren ages 2-16! The pool, game room and theatre screen were well used. Close enough to anything we wanted to do including Cocoa beach and Kennedy space Center. We appreciated the clubhouse and the features there as well. The owner was very accommodating and answered inquiries promptly. There was a shortage of forks and a couple items in the game room were damaged.

Everything about our stay was great. Bruno was very helpful; the home is beautiful and enjoyed by all of us. We hope to visit this home again.
