Admiral's Quarter's indoor pool will be under construction November 2025 - January 2026. Use of the indoor pool will be unavailable during this time. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during working hours. Construction noise is to be expected during the daytime. Parking and access paths may be limited or rerouted as needed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo has the perfect view of the ocean. We watched dolphins from the balcony while drinking our coffee and listening to the sound of the waves. We highly recommend room 308.

Very clean home, roomy enough for 3 couples without tripping over each. Comfortable beds and couches. Nice large table on balcony (could use a paint touch up) Great location. Thank you for the beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely book again.
