About this house rental
Century old property typical of country houses of the time, but located in the heart of the city of Magog. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, beach and marinas of Lake Memphremagog. This warmly designed property can accommodate up to 12 people, with its 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. BBQ, exterior fire pit and Adirondack chairs.
For your stays with friends, family or business, Maison Magog House offers you a location of choice for all your activities in the region, regardless of the season. Less than 10 minutes from Mont Orford, cruise on the Memphré, golf, cross-country/alpine skiing, sailing, water sports, beach, cinema, boutiques, antique shops, art galleries, hiking, bike paths and cycling, tennis, mountain biking, tennis, marina, boats and pontons rentals, brasseries, bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors.

- Bath towels
- Original Line Nespresso and filter coffee machines and milk frother
- Dishwasher capsules
- Kitchen essentials such as salt/pepper, spices, olive oil and aluminium paper
- Logs, newspapers and matches for indoor/outdoor fireplaces (kindling wood not included)
TO BRING:
- Shampoo/body soap
- Scott towel/tissues/a few Tupperware and Ziplock
- Your coffee and/or capsules (small Nespresso capsule)
- Beach towels (summer)
- Bag of kindling wood
* Please enter the exact number of people who will join you during your stay. Our pricing is fixed on the number of guest. Even if they are not sleeping over. 50$/day/person, plus taxes.
* The Smart TV will allow you to log in to your Netflix/Amazon/Crave account using your personal information.
* The BBQ is available all year round except for winter.

* The 2 gas fireplaces are only available during winter
* Washing/Drying machines are not accessible for guests.
* For all reservations during the summer period (June to September), we ask for a minimum of 4 people. No stay for 2 or 3 people will be accepted.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS:
At your checkout, we will ask you to please:
- Take your dirty towels and put them in one of the bath upstairs
- Put your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and make sure to turn it on.
- Do not leave dirty or clean dishes or kitchen items in the sink or on the countertops.
- Empty all the garbage in the house and take them out to the appropriate bins outside.
- Lock the 2 doors.

A fabulous place for friends to spend a few days together enjoying the area. Everything you need is just steps away from the house. Lots of space and the check in/check out was smooth. The host is very supportive and fast to respond. We had a wonderful time.

It was very much as described. It worked out perfectly for our intergenerational stay. The bedroom on the main floor was great for my parents. It was close to town so we could easily walk over. We would definitely stay again!

I rented this properly to organize a 3 day marketing offsite for my team. Everyone had their own rooms and baths. This place gives me the sense that this probably was an older room and board home. Really well stocked, and comfortable.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 ladies, everyone had their own bedroom. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds comfortable.
There was a small issue with flying ants in the kitchen but the issue may have been caused by the excessive heat outside.
We spent most of our time in the dining room, a large bright room which is excellent for socializing.
