We’re flexible regarding check-in times.
Located 100 meters from the road to Chapala in a very quiet rural area with easy access.
The house has a two-car garage and a small garden at the entrance with ample lighting and security cameras.
The first floor features a meeting room, a dining room that seats 12, a kitchen with luxury finishes, a half-bath in the entryway, and two bedrooms.
Each of these bedrooms has two queen-size beds, each with its own full private bathroom, a 55-inch TV with Netflix or over-the-air TV service, high-quality mattresses, etc.
The second floor consists solely of one luxury full bathroom and two bedrooms; one of them has a king-size bed, and its mini-split unit does not include a TV.
The other bedroom has two double beds, also with a mini-split unit, a small desk area, and a balcony at the back.
It’s worth noting that the house has two balconies—one at the front and one at the back—as well as a very spacious patio with a laundry area fully available for your needs.
The second floor has only a few pieces of occasional furniture and is essentially just for sleeping.
