A room with a view, especially when the sun sets. Take your tea, coffee, a drink or even your breakfast in one of the gardens or on the terraces. You’ll become part of our “familycorner” or will have your privacy if you prefer this. With Bruges, Zeeland and the beaches at about 10km away from “Sarepta Vlinderhuis” (House of butterflies) I’m almost sure that you want regret your choice! You’re more then welcome!

Nicole is a wonderful Hostess. The check-in, stay and check-out went very smoothly. The studio room was clean, very well maintained a great starting point for visiting the local area. Nicole also has good tips about the surrounding area. There is a nice big garden to sit and relax in. Hopefully, I will return next year and stay a little longer. What a cute old home..with a story and history! We loved chatting w family, who we met. A nice party in the garden. No, you won't be cooking a meal here but your dishes are washed for you. What a lovely atmosphere here.

We had a really nice stay at the flat in Moerkerke and would definitely recommend it to others who want to visit Bruges and the area around it. The host is super nice, the flat is clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our 5 days there. You can also easily and quickly get to Bruges (~15 min) or even Ghent (45-50 min). It also has a nice garden you can use and parking is right next to the house.

The stay (wish it could have been longer) was really nice. Everything from check-in, stay and check-out went very smoothly. The owner, Nicole, is amazing and she is doing her utmost best to ensure that everything is perfect for us as guests. We arrived quite late in the evening, and Nicole has prepared food and drinks for us for the evening as well as the next morning. All in all this is a wonderful cottage to stay, away from the crowds and very rural in nature. We will for sure stay again here. Many thanks, Nicole, you are a wonderful hostess!
