Sailview Drive, Topsail Beach is ideal for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and anyone who appreciates a tranquil water view - not to mention the breathtaking sunsets and wildlife!
This light and airy home features hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath, while the bedrooms are carpeted. One level living features a well-equipped kitchen, with outdoor porches on the front and back of house. The back porch overlooks the waterway with a pier and dock. A split floor plan presents the primary suite on one end with doors leading out to covered deck and a huge en suite. The second and third bedrooms also have a full bath, and the fourth bedroom adds additional sleeping space.
Your neighborhood has private beach access with parking across the street from the entrance (a five-minute walk), plus a seasonal pool, clubhouse, and small watercraft launch. The community pool normally opens Memorial Day weekend.
Just 1.5 miles from the high-rise bridge are grocery stores, restaurants, a pharmacy, and more. Or drive 10-12 minutes into Surf City for additional stores, restaurants, and fresh local seafood.

The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Security camera details: The owner has camera's up in her home is blocked out for the winter, she removes the during rental season
Dock details: The boat lift is not available for guest use.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The fishing this year was great! We caught pinfish, flounder, drum, reddrum, crocker, and blowfish a lot of variety all different sizes. We enjoyed the sound view whether fishing from the dock or watching the sunset on the back deck.
The kitchen is well equipped and set up nicely, there's ample space and everything is within reach. That home offers several spaces to gather, whether to sit and relax, watch TV, or play cards.
The decor is welcoming yet not overwhelming it feels like home. We enjoy visiting North Topsail NC and would recommend this home to everyone.

The house was beautiful and spacious! We really liked everyone being on the same floor. We enjoyed the fishing dock, private beach access and beautiful sunset views! We look forward to our next trip
