The enormous privacy fenced and professionally landscaped pool area showcases the large in-ground pool with a built-in hot tub. Several sun loungers make comfortable spots to sunbathe and relax. Two alfresco shaded dining tables are a lovely spot to have lunch or a snack while enjoying the ocean breezes. Enjoy your very own tropical bar with an outside kitchenette. Make sure to raise a glass to your fabulous Topsail Island vacation! Your dedicated beach access is just at the end of your yard. Here, the endless shore awaits you. Dip your toes in the sand and your feet in the water. You never know when you might find a perfect seashell or piece of beach glass.
The large living room is punctuated by sliding glass doors, allowing access to the oceanfront deck. Coastal furnishings evoke the colors of the sea and dark wood palm frond ceiling fans add an elegant touch. A large, formal dining table provides the perfect setup for family-style meals, and there is an adjacent breakfast table and bar seating for added mealtimes. The kitchen is both aesthetically and functionally pleasing. Stainless steel appliances and a center island with a vegetable sink complete this space. A sliding glass door overlooking the sound brings in lovely natural light.
Two primary bedrooms each feature a large and inviting room with plush carpeting and tropical decor. Spoil yourself with morning coffee in your room or on the adjacent oceanfront deck. The primary baths feature dual vanities, a tub overlooking the sound, and a glass-walled shower. A beautiful rattan bedroom suite, with soothing neutral colors has direct access to the oceanfront deck, a TV, and a private en suite bath. A white bedroom suite offers soothing tropical colors, direct oceanfront access, TV, and an en suite bath. Another, in soothing coastal blue, features sound-side deck access,TV, and an en suite bath. Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home. We were 4 couples, 2 adult children and 4 teens. While there were only two master bedrooms with king beds the other bedrooms were spacious enough and all bedrooms had their own bathrooms and televisions.
Our favorite amenity was the swimming pool. It was large enough to accommodate us all and we spent many hours enjoying it and the hot tub. The bar area next to the pool came with extra refrigeration and a freezer as well as an ice maker. We felt a gas grill would complete this area. There was lots of outdoor seating on the patios as well as around the pool. We made most of our meals at home so having a well-stocked kitchen was appreciated.
Our one complaint is with housekeeping. Upon arrival we were confronted with quite an unsanitary mess on the patio from where birds had been nesting. We contacted Vacasa three times asking for someone to come and clean the area. We received an automated response each time, but no one ever came.
Overall, we had a fabulous vacation in this great house.

The operation instructions need to posted outside the elevator and not in it.
Also fix the dryer vent. We had to move the dryer out and clean ot out cause it would not work. The pipe was bent and full of lent.

The ocean and intercoastal views were awesome. Pool and hot tube was great place to relax.
