Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The location of the property is fantastic, walking distance to the beach. If you don’t mind driving for everything else this property is in a very remote part of Topsail, and is quiet and serene. I loved that we were able to bring our dog

The property was ok. There were multiple little things that were not working or broken that added up to being very frustrating overall. The house had a great view and easy walk to the sound side or the beach, however the mosquitos were horrible the second you steped outside. Not enjoyable to walk to any area without bathing in bug spray. We have never stayed that south on topsail island and will never stay there again. The customer service of the property managment was very unprofessional and not helpful until we finally talked to someone local. Would not recomment vacasa properties to anyone. Enjoyed our vacation for the most point but wished we stayed in a different location on the island like we have in the past to fully be relaxed.
