Our dock location maintains strong water depth year-round, even as Lake Norman levels fluctuate seasonally (managed by Duke Energy). The dock features a diving board, bench swings, and sunning areas. The on-site boat lift is reserved for the property owner.
This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors).
For guest safety, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway and road (2), exterior patios (2), and the dock (1). There are no cameras inside the home.

Great stay again. This is our second time at this home. There is plenty of room, it has a great layout, and the kitchen is spacious. We spent a lot of time in the game room downstairs and on the dock. Well designed for groups of 10-12 adults.

This place was amazing! Plenty of room for a big family or families. The dock was great. The kids loved getting out on the boats in the lake. Will do again.

This house is amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice. It is by far the best house that my family and I have rented. The view of the lake is breathtaking...The owners have gone through great lengths to make the property like home. Both kitchens are stocked with every cooking gadget. Bathrooms include extra towels and toiletries. The bedding is as shown and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. The outdoor area is well designed.The support staff is responsive, polite and professional. I highly recommend this property and planned to rent it again.
