About this house rental
Newly renovated two stories Mansion on half acre land, with exterior Accent stone, over size front and the back balconies ( front balcony can overlook to the , amazing lit up jungle style, waterfall pool and hot tub. ( Pool is kept warm by solar blanket by natural sun light, Hot Tub requires $100 extra utility fee per day to heat up, please request for it if you like to enjoy the heated hot tub ). Large down stair master bed room with large shower and bath tub. Modern Living room with large lit up bar. Every bedroom is furnished with modern hotel grade furniture, ceiling fans and TV. We are just outside of the upscale Summerline area , about 10 minutes drive to the north side of strip. There are private gated parking on the left side yard. the right side yard is paved for pickle ball, basket ball, sports activities. Please understand, Our license dose not allow events or parties in this property. However, Our company also owns several commercial event facilities which is located within walking distance to this house. All events can be hosted in the separate facilities with charges according to the event size, packages. The house is in a great location. Easy to get around and lots or choices for food. We were there on a golf weekend. Much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Checking in and out was easy.

I wouldn’t say that it’s a great place for family, the home isn’t setup ideally for that. We stayed as a group of friends and had a great time. The location is great. We toured all around Vegas and never felt far from home. The house was clean, but it had a lot of clutter from previous events, and a very unique aesthetic — a lot of glitter.
All in all, we had a great time and the owner was super responsive. They even allowed for one of our guests who had a late plane flight to stay at the house many hours past check out.
