We live in the area, however, needed additional space (bedrooms and bathrooms) for the family members coming from out of state. Worked out perfectly!
Our host was easy to contact and responded immediately. Very helpful in our situation. He was friendly, understanding and respectful to our guests.
All-in-all, this property was exactly what we needed.

The condo was very nice and decorated lovely. Brand new nice master shower. The grounds like tennis court was a little dated and needed some TLC. It was more than 'steps' to the lake maybe b/c the drought and lake was so low. Prop mgr/owner very attentive and responsive with any questions.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A few small critiques, initial communication was IF-y..I didn’t receive any check in info through VRBO inbox, as has been my experience, so check in day I was having to contact VRBO customer service to relay communication to owner. Once that was established, we got our instructions for check-in, and got to arrive early. The condo was cozy and nicely furnished. The kitchen is small, however, use of space was decent, making one of the counters more of a prep area would be nice. Bedrooms were spacious and bed are comfortable. The new master shower was gorgeous. only “flaw” I see is getting the water turned on and trying to not get wet, as the door opens one end and shower head and water face that direction, I rotated the shower head toward wall when exiting so as to have water heat up and not spray myself clothed. We as women would have liked a full length mirror somewhere.
The back porch opened up to a view of the lake, the property should evaluate removing the tennis courts inhibiting the view, they were obviously not used, grass growing in the court, nets gone or torn, kinda of an eye sore.
All in all the accommodations were wonderful and a great time was had by all of us.
We even stayed an extra night and would stay again in the future.
