This was a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Circuit of the Americas and it is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was wonderful to work with- he met us at the house and gave us a tour and showed us how to use the pool and elevator. The houses are well equipped with everything that we needed and very clean. It was a great choice for our group of friends.

This was our second stay at this property and won't be our last! Everything, from the location (secluded and private, yet close enough to Austin), quality of the furnishings in the houses, the views, and amenities such as the pool and hot tubs, not to mention the attentive and accommodating management, was first rate and exactly what our group of friends appreciate when looking for a place to spend a long weekend together. The fact that we are already talking about the next time we can come back to this property for another getaway says it all!

We loved the property. The view from the 3rd-floor deck of the second house is fantastic. We only wished that the hot tub on the deck was operational during our stay. We used this location for a family gathering. We were using the ranch home as our base for cooking, eating, and gathering. It was a little too cold to use the pool, but we did enjoy the hot tub. The property manager was very attentive and quick to help with issues. Calling to make sure we had propane to operate the hot tub. I will suggest, do not rely on Google Maps or Waze to get you to the property. The maps are not updated with the new housing development. Follow the main drag all the way to the gravel road, then take the short gravel road to the gate. We are already discussing our next gathering at this location.
