My wife and I stayed for 10 days. We so appreciated the set up and cleanliness of the house. The amenities we're great. We used the pool frequently. Sam was a great host and outfitted the home with nice treats. There were other things to take advantage of at the house but we didn't use. The neighborhood is quiet, easy to get to and park. Great to walk around and in walking distance of many helpful retail / food/ cafes & desert places. We could absolutely see this as a great place to bring kids!

Very nice and clean home! We enjoyed the pool a lot! It was perfect for our girls trip and we would stay again in the future!

This property worked out well for our visit with family. There was plenty of space for the 4 of the to come over for pizza and watch a movie with us on the giant TV screen. It was truly like being at the movies together!The owner was very communicative and kind to allow us to enter the property early because we had our grandson with us who needed a nap. And also provided coffee, chocolate, and a few bags of chips to kick off our snacks.We got the impression that home improvements were a work in progress. It appears many have been worked on and I’m sure more are to come. The owner is very attentive and very kind.Be careful using the vent fans in the two bathrooms because they make a very loud screeching noise, but we just remembered and didn’t flip them on. Don’t be alarmed by the large weeds as you walk up to the front door, everything else seemed fine. The swimming pool fence and surrounding area, including table and chairs for sitting out by the pool look like they may need to be replaced soon. I was just careful to sit forward in a way that if the webbing ripped out the rest of the way, I wouldn’t fall. But again, those things did not keep us from having a great time swimming in the pool with our grandson. As someone previously mentioned, the felt on the pool table has a large rip in it, but unless you are serious pool players, you can still enjoy playing.Overall, we had a very positive experience. And with continued upgrades this will definitely be a 5 star.
