****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This well maintained 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to make this trip, your most memorable trip to Ocean City. You will love waking up to the sun rising on the beach side balcony and after your fun filled day, sitting back and relaxing as you watch the sun setting on the bayside. On Sunday nights, the bayside area will provide your own personal showing of the fireworks at North Side Park. Inside, you will love the full-size kitchen for making those cost saving meals at home. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for guest use, TVs in the living room along with both bedrooms and of course free wi-fi.

The Carousel is known for its fantastic amenities such as both an indoor and outdoor pool. There is an ice rink (skate rental available), and family friendly ice shows most evenings. The arcade is a kid favorite, and the younger ones will enjoy activities such as moon bounce & captain’s ship (12 & under) and Camp Carousel. The adults will love the pickle ball courts and gym! In addition, there is a restaurant, ice cream shop and a patio bar/grill. The building is strategically located to many great restaurants and is directly across the street from a grocery store. It can’t get more convenient!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Important* - The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center will be closed from 3/10/24 through 3/21/24 (1/18).
* A $50 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival and includes 2 parking spaces (no vans over 7 ft are allowed in the garage). The fee is paid by cash.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Violation of smoking policy or age restrictions will result in eviction without refund.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 7th floor. The Carousel is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 115th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* Guests will receive check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
