Enjoy this remarkable 6th floor unit of 8 floors. The condominium is in a gated community with rare view and great amenities waiting for your occupancy. Comfortably decorated and located on a wonderfully maintained Executive golf course. A 25 minute drive to Anna Marie Island and Manatee Beach can be enjoyed during your stay along with lots of great local eateries. Grocery stores 5 -10 minutes away and Bradenton Manatee Memorial Hospital 10 minutes. Costco and University Town Mall 20-25 minutes. There is HOA non-refundable Application fee of $150. The application must be submitted in advance for approval by the HOA once the rental agreement is approved in VBRO.

This tastefully decorated condo is located on a golf course in the beautiful community of Tera Ceia Bay. This is an older unit which has new carpets, new fridge, oven and microwave. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, AC works well, WiFi is very good and reliable and cable has many channels and available in living room and master bedroom. Condo is well furnished with everything you need for a short term or a long term stay, as we did. Washer and dryer work well. Pool is heated but in need of uplift, which is apparently scheduled for summer of 2024. Great area for walking; don't miss going to the pier and the boardwalk. Condo is well located, just across the bridge from Bradenton. Such easy access to restaurants, etc. (Oaks and Stones, O'Bricks, Music on the River in March and April. Easy and quick access to Publix, Walmart, Aldi and Detwiler (a must). Area is gated from 11pm to 5 am. People in the building are amazingly friendly. Enjoy!
