Live/work studio loft nestled in the heart of downtown LA's (DTLA) Arts District. The location is adjacent to Little Tokyo and within a 10-minute walk to Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Broad museum.
This artist loft is situated near numerous galleries, restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues with abundant public transportation options. The Metro is close by as well as the Dash (DTLA Bus).
The Space
The main level offers a generous open living space with high ceilings, a full bathroom, and private outdoor patio. The floor space flows seamlessly with the modern kitchen, which is finished with granite counter tops and a full array of stainless-steel appliances. There is also a front-loading washer and dryer conveniently tucked away in one of the closets. The full bathroom is cloaked in tile and granite and includes a large custom glass shower enclosure.
The second level serves as a private retreat and is furnished with a queen size bed and premium linens.
Additional features include hardwood floors throughout, dual wardrobe closets, a designated workspace with dual external monitors, wireless keyboard, mouse and printer, central HVAC, and one assigned parking space.

This loft is absolutely perfect! I stayed here for a month and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The loft looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood (Arts District) is close to everything, which was very convenient for me. I always felt safe and love that the property is gated. There are also several amazing restaurants and businesses in the area.
Anthony was an incredible host! Very responsive and kind. I would definitely book this space again.
