→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, and one paper towel roll. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.
→ TOWELS - We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest, along with 1 hand towel for each bathroom and 1 kitchen towel per stay.
→ PARKING - Two parking passes are included in your reservation. Guests will be able to park in the covered parking garage and use the pedestrian walkover bridge to access both Towers.
→ SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable $300 hold will be placed on your card prior to check-in. If there is no damage to the unit—including towels and linens—the hold will be released within 7 days after your stay.

We stayed the last week of March - first impression of the unit was that it was clean, nice furniture, well stocked kitchen.
The amenities onsite between Towers 1 & 2 were great - several indoor heated pools, and three heated jacuzzis.
Also, the grill/bar in Tower 1 had reasonable drinks (but I'm from Chicago and I'm accustomed to horrendous drink prices).
We did encounter some partying noise a couple of nights, from groups in units above us and next door, in one case into the early morning hours - but a call to security and they were quick to pay the partiers a visit. Since the city imposed a ban on alcohol at the beach between March 1 and March 31, the partying likely moved inside late at night. With that said, my kids were so exhausted from a day of activities, they fell asleep regardless.

We had a wonderful time (party of four) at the condo this March. Logan was a wonderful host, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable week at the beach. We would love to return--the location is ideal, and the rental is charming.

This is the perfect place to stay! The location of the property and that it is on the 22nd floor with a great layout and all of the extras you will need. Just like a home away from home. Plenty of cookware and so much room to relax. Master bedroom is on the water and the balcony is big and roomy enough to dine outside. Logan is the best to deal with as she is very prompt with answers for any questions. I would definitely recommend for anyone.
