New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight. Play was exactly what we needed! It was clean, and comfortable. The only things I would say need to be fixed are, the ceiling light in the bedroom needs new bulbs, it was out. The large clock on the wall was also not working, but these are easy fixes. Also, just a suggestion, maybe have salt, and pepper available. We thought it was strange that there was coffee creamer, coffee, and even granola bars, which was a lovely touch. But no salt and pepper.

The place was clean and the hosts were very helpful, especially when I had an issue with my door code. The neighborhood left a little to be desired, but to no faults of the listers. Made a fine place to sleep while staying in Frankfort!

Run down exterior, everything worked.No AC in bedroom with bedroom door shut. Ceiling fans were dirty and very loud. Room is very bright due to poor mini blinds and no shades. Floor was dirty and bathroom had pubic hairs all over the floor. We were told there would be an oscillating fan in the room, what they brought was disgusting. Ironing board was dirty and iron was full of rusty water.

We booked this condo for a one-night stay while visiting family for my dad’s 70th birthday. The listing looked great—photos of the inside were clean and cute, and it seemed perfect for what we needed.What they don’t show you? The surrounding area. When we arrived, we witnessed two men physically fighting behind a nearby laundromat, right by the property. The area felt extremely unsafe, especially since we had our child with us. It was nothing like what was shown online.We didn’t even go inside. We immediately booked a hotel elsewhere and messaged the host to explain. No response. Not even a “sorry.”This place should absolutely disclose the true condition of the neighborhood, because it felt more like a trap house setting than a safe family rental. If you’re traveling with kids or just want to feel secure where you’re staying, this isn’t it.Wouldn’t stay. Wouldn’t recommend. VRBO needs to vet this one harder.

We came in for a few nights to check out the bourbon distilleries in the area. This property served the purpose we were after perfectly as a spot to sleep while we were gone the rest of the time. The location is in an apartment complex filled neighborhood with Frankfort within a five minute drive. The property manager answered questions quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the place if you have your own vehicle and are spending most of your time on the town.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and this condo was a great place to come back to each evening to relax. Easy check in/check out, location was a bit run down but never had any problems or felt unsafe so don't let that discourage you from choosing this place for your stay in Frankfort.

Stayed at this condo for almost a week for National Bourbon Day. The condo itself is nice but the neighborhood I don't think is the greatest. There were some bugs but that is to be expected being June in Kentucky. The couch isn't very comfortable and there could be more utensils in the kitchen but would definitely stay there again.

We drove up for a short visit to visit some of the local distilleries. This location was close to the distilleries and close to downtown to go to dinner. The unit seemed newly renovated and was clean other than a few corners that can use some attention. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and communication went very smoothly. The instructions for locating the unit and then for unlocking the door were incomplete and caused an unnecessary delay and frustration getting into the unit. The rest was O.K. Do wish that the bathroom had an outlet at the sink, and the bathtub does need to have some anti-slip installed as it could become very slick while showering. This condo was very well decorated, clean and provided adequate seating for an overnight stay to an event we were attending. Great location to the downtown area, etc. Neighborhood is not the best; however, there was no disturbances and minimal peoole around there. The condo itself was nice. The neighborhood was not the best! It would have been nice to have had ice trays, toaster and some extra hand towels. The kitchen cabinet doors were loose and the toilet paper holder in Bathroom was broken.

While the outside of the complex is nothing fancy and could definitely use some new landscaping and sprucing up, the condo itself was lovely. It was warm and inviting and there was lots of information about the area provided inside as well as coffee pods for the Keurig, a couple granola bars and a couple waters in the fridge. The only thing we needed that wasn’t in the kitchen was a cutting board and knives. We brought some food from home to cook, but ended up just going out in the end. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it without hesitation. Definitely a great value!

I stayed for 6 nights. The condo was very nice. Clean, quiet, and as a single woman, I felt safe. The king size bed was very comfortable. Communication with owners was excellent. Check in process was easy. I would stay here again.
