About this apartment rental

Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite and stainless steel in the kitchen, new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight. Just steps from local restaurants, such as Mexican and Pizza joints and distilleries.

We have stayed in the same place before and it was just as wonderful. The check in was seamless and the property manager was great!! We will definitely stay here again!

Property is exactly as described, very affordable unit with easy access to downtown Frankfort. Host even surprised us with fresh donuts left on our door Saturday morning! We have stayed here three years in a row, property is constantly updated. Highly recommend.

Run down exterior, everything worked.No AC in bedroom with bedroom door shut. Ceiling fans were dirty and very loud. Room is very bright due to poor mini blinds and no shades. Floor was dirty and bathroom had pubic hairs all over the floor. We were told there would be an oscillating fan in the room, what they brought was disgusting. Ironing board was dirty and iron was full of rusty water.
