Please note that signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in. Guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed.
- Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.
- Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.
-Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

The unit was clean and the host managed to fix two minor issues within the first few hours. Great host and wonderful location close to Virginia Square Metro to access downtown.

The apartment was clean and the rooms were big and comfortable. I loved having two separate bathrooms inside both rooms. After we figured out which side of the parking garage to park in everything else was smooth sailing. I would definitely rent with this company again.

Easy access to metro and restaurants and so. Only 25min from the Lincoln memorial.
We stayed there for a week and really enjoyed

The doorman couldn't find the keys, and the maid was still cleaning. The kitchen was bare, no cooking. The living room didn't have enough seating and what was there was not comfortable. Most of the blinds were broke, and the A/C didn't keep the place cool. I haven't heard a word from the host in regards to addressing these issues. It was a fantastic location for accessing the Metro. We really only slept there so the other stuff wasn't terrible, but it was great either!
