About this cottage rental

This secluded and private one-bedroom cottage has two gas stoves to keep you toasty in winter and A/C to keep you cool in summer as you enjoy the country views out of every window. Comfortably appointed and super clean, the cottage features an enclosed porch, a large outdoor deck, a cozy living/dining/kitchen area, and a fenced-in backyard, making it ideal for dog owners. The deck has lounge chairs, a gas grill, a dining table with an umbrella, and a fire table. You are centrally located to great hiking, lakes, skiing, and charming towns. The lovely town beach on Lake Garfield is a 3-minute drive away. And folks tell us the bed has the most comfortable queen mattress! Across the road, there is, in fact, a beaver lodge! Three-night minimum for holiday weekends.

This place was beyond perfect. The kitchen was so well equipped, as was the bathroom. No lack of supplies. The instructions were so clear and everything worked! The fenced in back yard was the best. We found great trails nearby. I have nothing but positive things to say about this vacation rental. I stayed a week and the rate was so reasonable, especially for this time of year. Thank you Joel and Melissa!

Beautiful spot! Perfect for a couples getaway. Loved that we could bring our dog and that the yard was fenced. We also really enjoyed the gas fire pit on deck.

Great location near great hiking. 15 mins to Great Barrington, 20 minutes to Lee. Enclosed backyard was a perfect size for oir 2 dogs.
