My husband and I took our two kids and my parents on a little trip and stayed at Ali’s place. It was perfect for us-room for the adults to hang out after the kids went to bed, great location! It took anywhere from 10-20 minutes for us to reach anything we wanted to do! We would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to sightsee Cincinnati!

Everything we wanted to do in Cincinnati ended up being 15 minutes by car from the property. The second bathroom is in the basement, which was fine, but we used the main level full bathroom all weekend.

Got in later with 2 young kids and myself. Driveway hard to find on side of the house and very small and slanted on hill. Impossible to use with medium sized suv and getting kids and luggage out. Also did not feel comfortable or very safe in this neighborhood being alone with small children.

I had plumbing issues so I rented this home for Christmas. It was my turn, and this house was perfect for the occasion. I had out of town guests guests and we had our dinner and gift exchange in comfort and a very clean space. Very quiet neighborhood. I had some trouble finding it in the dark not realizing it was on the corner, but the next day, everything was perfect. Wonderful time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. Nice space for entertaining. The instructions and communication from Ali prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed morning and afternoon family walks during our stay. It was centrally located to all of our needs from the mall to the venue for my dad’s retirement party. The owner was responsive when called upon. Great family getaway!

The main floor was really nice and comfortable. My children enjoyed the snacks that welcomed us there. Check in was very easy and we had no issues with our stay. We only used the main floor and the upstairs bedroom. There is a basement with a 2nd bathroom and washer and dryer.

My family and I travelled back to our long-time home area of Cincinnati for a quick weekend visit with friends and family. We chose this nice, affordable home in Silverton and couldn’t be happier. The home was absolutely fantastic for what we needed. The home was beautifully remodeled, nice living space, open kitchen. Communication with the host was easy and clear. The area was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Counting myself, 3 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 12) were very comfortable here for two days. Seamless check-in (the door lock combination was the last four digits of my phone number), very clean house, it felt like it had a lot of room, and the check-out process was simple. In a genius love I locked my car keys in the car right before our 11 AM check-out, but the host was very understanding. My favorite feature were the reasonable fees! There were other Vrbos in the area that were a lower rate per night, but these had ridiculous fees added because of the amount of people and/or the children. None of those here!

Pros: Beautiful little home in a great neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and so was the couch. Very well kept up place with upgrades. Wifi is great and loved the putting green in the basement. Great amenities and within driving distance for groceries, gas, restaurants and entertainment. Cons:Have to park in the street, driveway is too small and a deep dive. No mirror or fan in downstairs bathroom.

We liked the openness of the living room / kitchen area. The east side location was great for us! The attic bedroom was connected to another bedroom which worked for us. The floors were dirty - bare feet became black. The bush next to the driveway and sidewalk with thorns needs to be trimmed. Smart TV worked well!

Property was clean but we were disappointed that one of the full bathrooms were in the basement and the description says 2 queen beds and there was only one. We didn't use it but the third bedroom was an upstairs dormer that you had to go through another bedroom to get there.

We came into town for a golf weekend and found this house. It was nice the owner was easily accessible and it was in safe neighborhood. We basically went and played golf all day and came back to this house to clean up. The neighborhood has a few unique spots to grab a bite to eat and have a drink. It was also close to Kenwood Mall and any restaurants you could think of. Thanks for allowing us to stay. The only drawbacks were: 1. no driveway parking but on street was fine with us. 2. Side porch chairs need updating 3. Ice trays… Place is very clean!

We absolutely LOVED this property. We needed something last minute near the city center and was able to get this cute and very spacious home about 10 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was not an issue. The communication with the owners was punctual and the checkin was seamless. We would highly recommend this property for anyone coming into the city and would absolutely stay here again when visiting. 5 Stars for us!!!!
