Its location is ideal: just a 10-minute walk from shops, with no overlooking neighbours and in a peaceful setting, surrounded by a landscaped enclosed plot of 8,000 m².

•Bright living area with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine + filter coffee machine)
