Open the sliding glass doors to the huge covered patio and listen to the sound of the surf breaking on the beach just over the dune. This ground floor studio offers a king size bed, private bathroom and seating/dining area in an open concept layout. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, portable 2 burner cook top, indoor grill, and toaster. There is a tv provided and a separate washer and dryer as well. Enjoy your mornings and evenings while you relax on the spacious patio. Drive an electric car? There is also a Nema 14-50 outlet for EV charging!
Minimum stay of 7 days.
Pet Policy: Dogs are the only pets permitted at the property. All dogs must be at least six months old and fully housebroken. Please note that dogs are not permitted on Navarre Beach, including the public beach access areas. The nearest dog-friendly beach is located in Pensacola. Thank you for helping us comply with local regulations and property policies. A $200 per pet fee will apply for each dog.

Awesome little getaway, very clean, great location, 100 yards to the water, beautiful white sand, very convenient location in close proximity to bars and restaurants.
We'll definitely be back!

Place was pretty clean, but building very dated and the apartment could use a new bed and linens. We were able to stream on the TV from our account after purchasing a HDMI cord. The covered porch was disappointing, not rain proof or upstairs neighbors proof.... our swept sand down on us! It was definitely better than camping though, and the AC worked well and the shower was nice!
