Welcome to The Village unit #524!! This charming 4 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is located off of 30A in the Village at Blue Mountain Beach. This wonderful neighborhood is situated on scenic 30A between Santa Rosa Beach and Blue Mountain Beach and offers guests access to its many amenities including the community pool, cabana, fitness center, and shuffleboard courts. Guests staying in this great unit will want to use the Blue Mountain Beach Regional Beach Access which is just a 5-minute bike ride, or a 3-minute golf cart ride down the road in the FREE golf cart included in your stay! This access offers restrooms for your convenience, and parking for those guests who don't want to enjoy the walk in the sunshine.
The Village is a gated condo community directly off of 30A with easy access to all the Blue Mountain Beach area has to offer. The condo is an open-concept layout so that everyone is able to enjoy their time together whether they are on dinner duty or relaxing in the family room! After dinner, make sure to head right around the corner to check out Blue Mountain Beach Creamery during your stay for some of the best ice cream on 30A!

Fantastic property! Very clean, everything as advertised. Loved the beach access and the community. We have been to 30A several times and this was definitely a favorite!

The condo was great! They made it super easy to check in and if we had any issues Kathy responded quickly. We had an issue with our golf cart but she was on it and even personally came by to check it out and bring us a new one. It was clean and very close to everything we needed! It made for an awesome weekend!

We absolutely loved the condo and space for our family. If we had any questions, we could easily text a number and the response was almost immediate. This was our first time staying at 30A so we had a lot of questions. The gulf cart was nice to get to and from the beach. The only thing I would like to mention in my review is that the distance to the beach was a bit far for us. Parking (even a golf cart) could be a hassle at times when going to the beach. We prefer to be in a short walking distance to the beach. That being said, this was our fault for not checking out the parking situation and just getting to know the area a little better before we committed to a condo/house. Everything else was absolutely amazing and effortless.

The condo 524 is on the second floor. Easy to code entrance. Open floor plan. King suite bed is soft mattress and queen suite is a tad firmer. Balcony is awesome and quiet. You can occassiinally hear those in pool which you can almost see from deck. No one was loud during our stay. Upstairs king suite bed is much firmer. The queen bunks were soft. The entire condo was clean. No sand anywhere. Smelled great and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The golf cart was exceptional to have. Super easy to get around. Took us a minute to figure out why it wpuld come on one day even though it was charged and it has a reset button under second seat under battery just like under steering wheel. It had pool toys chairs and umbrellas not sure if left behind or condo use but came in handy since we were a chair or 2 short a person. Loved the gated community the walk to ice cream and coffee shops. All around wonderful place to stay.
