Greenville and the City Center less than a 5 minute drive. Having lunch at Capers & Lemons, or the DuPont Hotel for a business meeting. Just two of many spots to enjoy in that 5 minute drive radius.
Down the hill on Pennsylvania Avenue to a number of Financial Institutions you may do business with, makes our Studio a convenient place to work and play.
PHL airport is a short 25 minutes.
As a business traveler since 1997 this Studio is designed to be your home away from home. Just pack a bag and go, we will take care of
the rest.
Working professionals in need of long term arrangement will be considered, but first come stay and tell us what you think.

Such a charming neighborhood with beautiful homes. Chirping birds outside the windows were a welcome way to wake for the day. Whisper quiet and modern appliances. Communication with the host was timely and responsive. And yes it’s very private including the washer dryer in the garage. Would be perfect with an upgrade to the electric outlets to include USB ports, upgrading the shower stall, and no stairs but it’s not a deal breaker. Would recommend

Cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly quick to respond to any questions, and we truly loved our stay.

Great unit in a beautiful neighborhood. It was more spacious than I expected . The internet connection wasn't consistent but I did not reach out to the host since it was after midnight when I tried to connect both times. I am sure they would have fixed it promptly if I contacted them.
