The property features a cozy great room with river rock fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bunk loft, sauna, and game room. Outdoors you will find covered decks, fire pit, and hot tub. Guests can hike scenic trails to the private waterfall or directly into Hocking Hills State Park! (Accommodates 8 guests.)

The roads leading to Luxe One are paved but narrow and maintained by the township. The driveway of our cabin is hilly with loose gravel. In snowy conditions, the surrounding roads and driveway may be slippery. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended throughout the winter months. Drive at your own risk.
