    Of course no matter how hard I try I can’t attack the photos. Photo #1: showed extensive water damage in the bathroom with black mold growing on the wall under the counter. Photo #2: The fridge was dirty and had mold growing in it all over. Photo #3: my “clean” room I was only given 1 towel and a bath mat. Photo #4: no nose tissue or TP was in the room. Photo #5: the microwave was missing the plate at the bottom and didn’t work right. Photo #6: the hot tub was out of order Photo #7: showed the front desk where papers were posted that no one would be at the front desk after 11 and you’d have to cross the parking lot to the sister hotel to get help because if you call and press 2 to speak with the front desk the call disconnects. Another paper stated that “our location does not serve continental breakfast service”. What I didn’t get a photo of was the pool where they had no pool towels and the pool is a huge disappointment. The TV in the room was also turning on and off by itself and eventually had to be unplugged. The beds are super hard and the blankets are thin as sheets. If I wasn’t 6 hours from home and limited on funds I absolutely would not have stayed. Thankfully the booking service I used issued a full refund without any issues.

    Was advertised that it had a continental breakfast but when we showed up that did not have it. Very disappointing! Also hot tub was out of order. No fan in the bathroom, also not enough towels in the bathroom.

    Terrible hotel. Smelled musty. Found a bunch of rotten bananas in the cupboard in the room. No breakfast as advertised. Brought that up to the girl at the counter and she just said "yeah we know". One towel in the room, had to ask for more which they did give us. Hot tub and pool broken / closed. Comforter was dirty, again had to ask to get another. Bathroom door falling off it's hinges and had to pick it up to close it. Hair dryer missing from the room. TV remote broken, could only watch 1 channel. It's a shame that Wyndham would have their name on it. Must only care about money.
