    Wife wasn’t thrilled but definitely a good value. I’d stay again especially if just a quick overnight before parks. Can’t beat price.

    Unannounced Construction Work At 8:00 AM, we were awoken without any prior notice by a painting crew with heavy equipment working directly outside our room. The noise was disruptive and we were given no opportunity to prepare or request an alternative room. 2. Unauthorized Use of Our Vehicle – The painting crew placed a dirty cover over our car without our knowledge or consent. This is unacceptable. Our property should never be touched without permission. 3. parking lot is blocked all day every time we have to leave we have wait for someone to move the work truck and cones 4. Cracked Toilet – The toilet in our room had a visible crack, which is both a safety concern and a maintenance failure that should have been caught before guests checked in. 5. Pest Infestation – We observed a significant number of small bugs throughout the bathroom and bedroom, particularly at night. This is a serious hygiene issue that made our stay uncomfortable and raises health concerns. Combined, these issues represent a stay far below the standard any guest should expect. I am requesting a formal response outlining what steps will be taken to address each of these points, as well as appropriate compensation for the disruption caused.

    Two main comments: 1. The room is a bit loud. A better soundproof room door and windows would improve, since the property is very close to highway. 2. This is a common problem with Choice hotel properties, odor control. Using carpet in cities with humid weather like Orlando is not a good choice unless comes with central AC (not the one floor standing individually controlled unit at each room). Water stays in the carpet and causes bad smell over time.
